HELP!!!

Some of you may have noticed my header! I was just bored and was see how that would work and I don't like it and so I went to remove it and it wont go and I try refreshing restarting and canceling out the window and its not working! Its bugging the crap out of me!!!! So if anyone has advice please please please please leave a comment. :)
