Thanksgiving and...the Cougs game

Ok, so I was too forgetful to take pictures over this holiday weekend...sorry, although I did take one just one. Anyways, Wednesday night everybody came over to hang out and spend the night. Then, Thursday morning let's just say it was all about appetizers and guitar hero III. That's pretty much all we did...eat and play. In the afternoon, we ate the normal thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls, jello salad, green salad, and much more. Oh, and of course for dessert...pie. I am not crazy about pie. Anyways the next day, Tanner went to the temple for endowments so me and Garrett went and took care of my nieces and my nephew. Kelsey was there too since Ladd was going to the temple with Tanner also. That night, we went to my cousin Kirk's reception. He had gotten married in Sacramento a week before. After that, i rode with Ang and Chan to Blackfoot to go get Annie and after that we were off to Provo! We got to the hotel at about 12:30 am and in the morning me and Mckin and Annie went swimming it was alot of fun...then we went back to our room and got ready. Me, Angie, and Chandler went to the BYU game while Annie stayed with my nieces. The BYU game was freaking awesome...check out Hailey, Jill, or Angie's blog for details about it. But...BYU won...ah!!!!and the score was 17-10. there's nothing like a victory against the Utes. That night we went to salt lake and stayed at a hotel there...that night we played games and watched the BYU basketball game against UNC. BYU lost....sad. Sunday we went to Music and the Spoken Word. It was way cool! We then went to the Little America brunch...ooooo...the best meal.

My weekend...

On Saturday Chandler, Shannon, and Garrett went to the BYU game with the Young Men of our ward. So me and mom went to Angie's house at about 5 and Jill had gone there at about 2: 30. So...we decided to have a little party! We were just hangin' around.

So I slept there that night and in the morning we went to Easton's Baby Blessing. After that, we had the dinner at a nice place in the basement of Shannon's work. We had pulled pork sandwiches, a bunch of salads, and for dessert we had a chocolate fountain and had fruit, cream puffs, and mini eclairs to go with it. We also had fudgies that I made and they were gone like that!

Happy 13th Birthday...me!

Yep. I am thirteen. No more pre-teen.

Last Tuesday was my birthday...I know I am a little late. Well, really late. Anyways me, Annie, mom, dad, Chan, Ang, Kinley, Halle, Jill, Shannon, Easty, and Garrett went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. I opened one of my presents there from Angie. She gave me a way way way cute shirt from Aeropostale and High School Musical: The Ice Tour tickets!!!!!I know I am way lucky. After we ate we went to Jill and Shannon's place to open presents...now here goes the list of my presents I got. A digital camera (purple!), a black dress, a head band, earrings, and a blow dryer. Tanner and Garrett got me a Lifehouse CD and a HSM 2 CD. Thanks to everyone for making it so fun and for the presents!

Tanner's Mission Call

I know I am a little late on this post, but who cares? Anyways, last Friday Tanner got his mission call and we went down to Provo on Saturday to open it at his dorm. He is going to the Michigan, Detroit Mission!! Our whole family guessed where he would go and whoever won or got the closest would get a $25 gift certificate to Chili's. Well, turns out...I guessed it! At first when people heard I guessed it they had high doubts that I would get it. Haha. I felt bad getting the gift certificate since I am an immediate family member so we gave it to the next closest person...Peyton Anderson had guessed Toronto, Canada. Congrats to Peyton and Tanner!

Tanner's Mission Call

Friday night, Tanner's friends, Jake, Alex, and Ladd came up also. They spent the night there and opened the mission call with us on Saturday.

After we opened the mission call we went over to eat lunch at Jason's Deli in Orem. It was really good. ( I love Dad's face in this!)

A few hours later, me, Angie, Chandler, Marc, Hailey, Garrett, Dad, Tanner, Ladd, Jake, and Alex went to the BYU game. I should've just said everyone but Jill, Mom, Halle, and McKinley. It was a very entertaining game for me. Although we won 42-7 and in the last half of the 3rd quarter and the whole 4th quarter, there was a major snowstorm. Lucky for us...it stopped snowing right after the game was over! Ah!

Easton Shannon Lucas was born on October 2nd at 3:45 AM. He weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. and was 21.5 inches tall! (thanks to angie for lettin' me know about the weight, i had put 10 lbs. 7 oz. haha!)

The best buds! He has dark red hair and looks exactly like his dad, Shannon! What a cutie!!

My Grandma and Grandpa Kimball

Last week, (the first week of harvest break), me and my mom went to California to visit my grandfather. My grandma died in February so he was a little lonely. We flew down there last Sunday. But we had to drive to Salt Lake City first. We checked in our bags at the airport, parked our car and took that little bus thing over to the front of the airport. While we were on the little bus thing my mom got a call on her cell phone. It was Delta, (the plane we were flying on), they said that our flight to Oakland had been cancelled!! We went and asked the guy that worked there and he said he could either put us on the plane to San Jose or Sacramento. But he said that on the San Jose flight there was only 1 seat left. Duh dude, there's 2 of us standing here! So we decided to go on the Sacramento flight. My mom's brother lived there so that helped out alot. Before we got on the flight my mom hurried and called my Uncle Jeff to see if he could pick her up. Well it was Sunday and they were just on their way to church. He said that he had to teach a class after Sacrament but my Aunt Kathleen could pick us up. We were so glad! After we got off the flight we went to the baggage claim and couldn't find our bags. But of course we checked in our bags before we found out that our flight was cancelled. So we went to the baggage service to ask where they were and she said they flew to San Francisco. Oh, Great! She said they will get it delivered as soon as they can. After that we went to wait for aunt Kathleen. She got there and then we went back to their house. First we got a jamba juice. YUM! RAZZMATAZZ BABY! Anyways, we went back and got my uncle Jeff and headed to Danville. (Where my grandpa lives.) On our way there my cousin Troy called us and told us to meet him at the Hick'ry Pit. Gross name, yet Good food! We got there about 4:30 and met Troy, his wife Marissa, their kids Devin & Emily, my aunt Kath, my cousin Crystal, & my Grandpa there. After we ate we went to my Grandpa's house and talked for a while. Everyone left, except for my grandpa and my mom of course, and me and my mom were pooped. We went straight to bed. It was 7:30! PM! I think that is the earliest I have ever gone to bed. On Monday I just hung out. My mom and I went to the grocery store and that's about it. But we also fed friends of my grandpa's. On Tuesday was pretty much the same as Monday except for that we went to the country club for lunch and went to Troy and Marissa's house in Concord for dinner. It was alot of fun. All the adults ate inside at the dinner table while me, Devin, and Emily sat outside eating our dinner every now and then while playing football. Haha! Wednesday was pretty much the same as Monday and Tuesday except for we went to the cemetary with Aunt Kath to see Grandma's grave. That night, we fed my cousin Brandon, his girlfriend Sara, my aunt Kath, my cousin Crystal, and us! It was alot of fun to see all my cousins. Thursday me and my mom cleaned up the guestroom and the guest bathroom because we would be leaving that day. My mom went to the grocery store one more time and I just stayed there. At about 1:30 we left for the Oakland Airport. Luckily, this flight wasn't cancelled. We flew safely back to Salt Lake and drove to Blackfoot. We slept the night at Angie's house because my mom had Statement Day for Angie's business on Friday. I stayed with Angie and went to Rigby with her girls to go and visit Hailey's class. It was alot of fun. Hailey had each kid stand up and say something interesting about them which turned into a talent show of human tricks. WOW. It was wierd to see Hailey teach and hear the kids call her Mrs. Bradshaw. She is such a good teacher.

Annie!!!!!

Annie turned 12 on the 22nd of September! (For those of you who have no idea who Annie is, she is my good friend from Blackfoot.)
Last Friday night, (the 21st), me and my family went to the football game in Grace to watch my brother play and I got to ride back with Angie and her girls to Blackfoot so that me and Annie could spend the night together. Annie came to Angie's house when we came back and while everybody was asleep we stayed up talking til' 2 AM!

The next Saturday morning, me and Annie went to Idaho Falls. We went to Subway for lunch, then went to the movie Hairspray. I had already seen it but she hadn't and I wanted to see it again anyways. After the movie, we went shopping!! We spent alot of money but it was worth it! This is us on the way home, she had gotten a digital camera for her birthday so we were taking pictures like CRAZY! Happy Birthday Annie, I had an awesome time.

I just wanted to show you how cute my niece Halle is. My sister Angie put this on her blog and I just thought Halle looked so cute!!! I especially like the top center pic! I don't mean to brag but come on, she's adorable.
